The Creole Guards having organized as a Volunteer Military Company, and elected the following officers, said Company is accepted as a Volunteer Company in pursuance of Special Order No. 13, and will constitute Company A of the Creole Volunteers:

1st Lieutenant--Ovide Gregory
2d Lieutenant--J. B. Guicon Capt. Barnard will report directly to these Headquarters.
