PKT / 7 PAID / JAN 5 credit datestamp, red framed AACHEN FRANCO datestamp, receiving backstamp, few flaws including stamp with piece out at left and cover wear with repaired tear, still Fine and rare INDEPENDENT STATE USE, reported to be ONE OF ONLY TWO EXAMPLES OF THE 30¢ STAMP USED FROM CHARLESTON IN 1861.
