Muscoe Russell Hunter Garnett (1821–1864), was a 19th-century politician and lawyer from Virginia. He was a member of the U.S. House of Representatives 1856-1861 and served in the Confederate States House of Representatives 1862-64. He died of typhoid fever at the age of 42. During that same time, his uncle Robert M.T. Hunter was the Confederate Secretary of State and then a CSA Senator.
