TEXTILE MARKS have the appearance of laid-paper lines but are caused by the worn felt in the water-removal belts in the paper-making machinery. Such varieties are considerably scarcer than normal issues. Scott began listing them as such in the 2020 Specialized Catalogue and future CSA catalogs will doubtless carry such listings as well.
